Cabbage pancake.

I will introduce you to an easy and simple dish today.

Cabbage pancake made by frying cabbages.

Material

Cabbage

1 cup of flour.

1 cup of water.

1 ton of soy sauce.

Enough cooking oil.

*Prepare flour and water in a 1:1 ratio.


Seasoning

2T of thick soy sauce.

0.5T of red pepper powder.

0.5T of sesame oil.

1. Making dough.

Prepare 1:1 dough for flour and water.



2. Seasoning.

Season the dough with 1t of soy sauce.


3. Put enough oil on the pan.

Heat the pan with plenty of cooking oil.



5. Fried cabbage.

- Put the dough back and forth on the cabbage and fry the cabbage.

- In this case, if there are many white parts, it may not be well worn out.

In that case, cut and fry the white part horizontally.



6. Cook crispy on high heat.

Cook crispy and fast over high heat.
